Based on the PolyVagal Theory, we look at the whole brain's communication and the neurotransmitters that create very specific emotional and physiological expressions and responses. We learn powerful tools to support accountability and responsibility for our choices and emotions.
Working with the Wheel of Consent concept includes exercises that will challenge your ability to say "yes" to what you want in your relationships and in life, and "no" to what you don’t want. As you cultivate this greater sense of responsibility towards yourself, you will simultaneously learn how to have healthier and more loving relationships. Through all these exercises, you will rediscover a vital healing force within yourself. This vital inner healing force gets brighter and more active, as your rigid conditioning softens. There is no sexual touch or sexual content in nature, ever. And the clothes stay on :)
